Free shipping within Germany!

The following shipping costs apply within the EU:

Germany: €0.00
Austria: €5.90
Other EU countries: €9.90

Shipping costs are charged per order, not per product ordered – so it is best to combine your products into one order whenever possible.

Our exterior blinds are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging. We use only recycled cardboard and avoid plastic completely. We have also chosen a climate-neutral shipping provider for transportation.

The parcel service collects our shipments every day at around 3:00 p.m. After collection, delivery within Germany usually takes about 1–2 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

As soon as your parcel has been collected from us, you will receive a tracking link for your order. You can use this to follow the current delivery status.
