The CLIP & SHADE vertical awning is installed without drilling into the window or facade. It is fastened using a patented clamping system, which can be adapted to almost any window thanks to telescopic guide rails and adjustable clips.
The vertical awning costs approximately €200, which is significantly cheaper compared to a custom-made roller blind. The window awning is available up to a width of 140cm and a height of 220cm.
Since the CLIP & SHADE vertical awning is installed without drilling, it is the ideal solution for tenants and condominium owners.
Window awnings can also be easily dismantled when moving house. In most cases, the sunshade can simply be sold on to the next tenant or taken to the new apartment if the window sizes match.
Modern design – color-matched to the facade upon request
The slim, cubic cassette, the subtly grey fabric coloring and the minimalist guide rails make this functional shading a real eye-catcher. The vertical awning for retrofitting is available in white (RAL 9016) and anthracite (RAL 7016), but can be powder-coated in all RAL colors upon request (at an additional charge).

How does a vertical awning work?
The vertical awning consists of four components:
- The cassette. This contains the sun protection fabric and the mechanism for extending and retracting the fabric.
- Left guide rail
- Right guide rail
- Bottom connecting rail with locking mechanism.
Operation is simple and manual: the fabric is pulled down at the handle rail and hooked into the connecting rail.
Is the vertical awning weatherproof?
Yes! The fabric cover is impervious to moisture, mold, and UV radiation. Dirt can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth. The vertical awning can remain installed all year round. The fabric cover must be retracted during storms to prevent damage.
What sizes can I order?
The CLIP & SHADE window awning is available in widths from 60 to 140 cm and in heights from 60-220 cm. Custom sizes can also be made upon request. However, due to manufacturing limitations, the width of 140 cm cannot be exceeded.
